Our Passion
The Avia brand is the result of the intrepid intuition and strong entrepreneurial spirit of Mike Derham who also founded Mighton Products in 1983. His background as a joiner, coupled with his love of technology and his experience of designing security products for windows and doors meant he understood the way the industry was going before investing considerable time and money into what is the smartest smart lock in the industry.
