This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Avia (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Avia will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Avia will repair the Product at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Avia is 2 years from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good(s) or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good of 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

Conditions of this Warranty

It is a condition of this warranty that in the unlikely event you wish to return your Avia Smart Lock for repair or inspection, you are liable for supply and fitting of your own (existing) eurocylinder and handles. We will not provide a replacement prior to receipt of your returned Avia Smart Lock. We recommend you retain the hardware you remove in case of such an instance.

What do you have to do to obtain the warranty?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please email us in the first instance at [email protected], providing the following information.

  • Your name, address and order number (you will find your order number on the invoice we sent you at time of purchase.
  • An explanation of the reason for your claim, giving as much detail as possible. 

We will endeavour to respond to your claim within 3 working days.
